1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund on all paid plans (Pro, Business, and Extended) within 30 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within the 30-day window and we'll process your refund — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@mtverse.dev with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- The plan you purchased and the date of purchase
- Your order number or transaction ID (from your Paddle receipt)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process the refund within 5 business days.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. If you paid via PayPal or bank transfer, we'll coordinate the refund method with you directly.
4. After the 30-Day Period
After the 30-day money-back period has passed, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, and we encourage you to reach out to discuss your situation. However, refunds are not guaranteed after the initial 30-day window.
5. Source Code Access
If you have accessed or downloaded premium source code and request a refund, we will process the refund as described above. However, you are required to delete all premium source code from your devices and cease using it in any projects after receiving a refund. Continued use of premium source code after a refund constitutes a violation of our license terms.
6. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for downgrades or unused portions of a plan. If you purchase a higher-tier plan and later decide you only need a lower tier, you can request a full refund within the 30-day window and then purchase the lower-tier plan separately.
7. Subscription Products
mtverse currently offers only one-time purchase plans (no subscriptions). If we introduce subscription-based products in the future, this policy will be updated to include specific terms for recurring payments, cancellation procedures, and pro-rated refunds.
